We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers. Estimated delivery time:
- Germany & UK: 2–3 business days
- Other European countries: 4–5 business days
- Canada & USA: 5–10 business days (depending on customs)

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Germany & UK
- Free shipping for orders over €29.95.
- Below that threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee applies (e.g., €4.95).
- Other European countries, Canada, USA
- Shipping costs vary by destination and weight. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments (i.e., outside Germany/UK), customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
6. Delivery Delays
Though we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to:
