1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Avan, Promenadenstraße 57–59, 41460 Neuss, Germany,  of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
